Still going strong!

Yes I’m still here!

Things are going well in the exercise department and I’m still seeing Scott McDermott (owner of Best Body Fitness in Sylvan Lake) for personal training sessions.

I can’t imagine going back to my old lifestyle now. It’s just not acceptable.

It’s been really great although I’m not seeing the rapid results I did at the beginning. This is normal and I know that.

I’m not letting it sway me though and I’ve been happy with my progress.

A little while ago, Scott asked me to write down some new goals.

These included doubling my weight loss and inches lost in this second phase and basically continuing the momentum we have built.

I really feel strongly that I can achieve these and I’m excited about it!

All in all things are great and I will continue to update you all on how I’m doing!
