TRAGIC DEATH- Dozens of flowers have been left at the site where 22- year-old Oscar Salazar of Red Deer was shot and killed while in a vehicle early Tuesday evening. On Aug. 2 at 7:05 p.m. RCMP were called after reported shots were fired in the back alley of 63 St. behind the Cornerstone Gospel Chapel. Salazar was pronounced dead on the scene and an 18-year-old male who was also in the vehicle was taken to hospital. No arrests have been made and RCMP continue to investigate.
