Heri Lumwanga, the young man who was reported missing by his family, Catholic Social Services and Central Alberta Refugee Effort – C.A.R.E., has been located safe.

Lumwanga has been in Canada (Red Deer) for one month and had not been seen since last Tuesday, according to officials. The RCMP have confirmed he was found safe yesterday.
