Students and staff wear orange shirts to show that every child matters

Orange Shirt Day is officially today, but schools in Red Deer celebrated on Friday. All staff and students were encouraged to wear an orange shirt in an effort to recognize the experience of survivors of residential schools, to honour them, and to show a collective commitment to ensure that every child matters.
