CULTURAL EXPRESSIONS – The Central Alberta Refugee Effort and the Immigrant Centre hosted a fundraiser on Friday evening at the Holiday Inn where over 60 nationalities were represented. The fundraiser aimed to raise money for additional programming at the Centre. Suzan Mohamed, 19, Jomi Bitancor, 17, Jolo Bitancor, 18, and Hector Jordan, 19, were among those who represented their native countries at the event.
