EXPERIENCE – Toba, a Great Horned Owl from the Canadian Raptor Conservancy, flew over a crowd of onlookers during the Red Deer Wildlife Festival at Westerner Park last weekend. The Festival, which ran from Friday through Saturday, featured everything from bald eagles to kangaroos.
