NEW PROGRAM – The City of Red Deer announced Thursday a new snow and ice program will be put in place this coming winter. Elaine Vincent with the City announced the program will require residents to ‘know their snow zone’, which may be found on the City’s web site at www.reddeer.ca/snowzone.
