AESTHETICALLY PLEASING – Formerly Uptown Cinemas and City Centre Stage, the iconic building was renamed last year to recognize a $1 million donation from Bill and Irma Welikoklad to Red Deer College. RDC unveiled the Welikoklad Event Centre’s new illuminated display on Monday afternoon.
