Jack Webb, reportedly the co-franchisee of a Carl’s Jr. on Gasoline Alley, has been temporary barred from the restaurant after a number of food safety violations which were caught on video.

The violations even shocked a health inspector, according to a report from CBC.

Attempts to reach out to the owner of Carl’s Jr. on Gasoline Alley for comment have not been successful.
