LOCKDOWN – On Thursday morning at 11 a.m. Red Deer RCMP entered into an investigation involving a suspect that has outstanding warrants. Further investigation revealed that the individual may have been in an apartment building on the 3400 block of 52nd Ave. in Red Deer. The Red Deer RCMP surrounded the apartment building and contacted the south Emergency Response Team to assist in removing the male from the apartment. The ERT entered the apartment however, the male was not inside.
