IN STEP – Local celebrity Luke Spicer dances alongside professional dance partner Jinelle Themig during the 2015 Sheraton Celebrity Dance Off last week at The Sheraton. The event raised funds to go towards the renovations of the Aspire Special Needs Resource Centre.
