Carrier of the Month
To recognize one carrier each month who is outstanding and consistent in their level of commitment, responsibility, and positive communication skills. This carrier will have their picture printed in the Express and will receive a plaque courtesy of Elite Sportswear.

Points System
In addition to earning money delivering the Express, you’ll earn points each week that can be redeemed for many great items.
Question: How do I collect points?
Answer:
• 1 point for every paper delivered
• Sub Sears = 25 pts. for up to 25 sears
= 50 pts. 26 - 50 sears
= 75 pts. 51+ sears
• Sub papers = gain 50 points for every extra route in addition to points
• Get friend to hire onto route = 400 pts. After friend has been with us 3 months
• Deliver in unusually extreme conditions = at Reader Services Discretion
Question: Is it possible to have points deducted?
Answer:
• Yes, if continuing problems occur on your route you will loose points
• If you receive a “Warning” notice (preceded by an “Attention” notice) - 200 points are deducted
• If you receive a “Urgent” notice (preceded by an “Attention” and “Warning notice) - 500 points are deducted
• Dump papers – all points are deducted
Question: What if I quit my route?
Answer:
• If the carrier gives up their route, they have 30 days to redeem their points. If after the 30 days, the points will be VOID.
• Points cannot be transferred to a friend or relative (who deliver a different route?)
Question: What is the value of a point?
Answer:
• 100 points is the equivalent of $1
• No Cash/Monetary value for points

Question: How do I collect my purchase?
Answer:
• To collect points call Reader Services at 309-5470 or 309-5474 or e-mail at readers@reddeer.greatwest.ca.
• Merchandise orders placed before the 15th may be picked up on the 30th of the same month.
