Automatic CPR for tasered?

Does someone who is tasered deserve to die?
Of course someone who is tasered will die if someone is sitting on them.
Tasering will cause shock to the body and cause muscles to relax including diaphragm and chest muscles.
During the tasering, if someone is sitting on the tasered individual, that individual will suffocate and as Dr. Sam Andrews, who performed the autopsy, conclude, “the cause of death was hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy” (inadequate oxygen supply causing damage to the cells of the brain and spinal cord).
What do police officers do after tasering? Are they prepared to get off the tasered’s chest and always ready to administer CPR to recessutate the tasered person if they show no pulse?
Perhaps it should be standard procedure for police officers to be prepared to do CPR on all the people they taser.
